We are seeking motivated owner-operators to join our team and take advantage of an exciting commission-based opportunity. Exeperience in Sales and air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, carpet cleaning, chimney cleaning, upholstery cleaning, pressure wash is required!
- What You’ll Need:
- Must reside in the U.S.
- Must have a working van
- Must have a set of approved equipment
- English proficiency - Fluent
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Previous sales experience is required
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- No criminal record
- Sales Experience required
- Your Services Include:
- Air Duct Cleaning
- Dryer Vent Cleaning
- Chimney Cleaning
- Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
- Power Washing
You’ll also be expected to engage customers, explain services, and upsell —no cold calling or door-to-door sales required. All appointments are pre-booked.
- Schedule:
- Monday - Saturday
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 4-6 appointments per day
- COMPENSATION & EARNINGS:
- Commission-Based Pay. 40% commission per job.
- Average Pay: $2,400+ per week.
- 1099 contractor status: You receive 100% of your earnings, responsible for your own taxes.
- TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:Exeperience in Sales and air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, carpet cleaning, chimney cleaning, upholstery cleaning, pressure wash is required !
- Sales & Service Training Provided (unpaid).
- You must be physically located in the area you're applying for.
- Must maintain a good level of positive reviews per week.
- Positions are time-sensitive, so work begins shortly after application.
- ON THE JOB:Once hired, you’ll represent the company in the field, providing services and offering additional solutions based on customer needs. All jobs are pre-scheduled—your focus is on customer satisfaction and maximizing value per visit.
